I didn't give it five stars because I'm really not a big fan of Starbucks. But, my wife loves there vanilla bean frappuccino's. I stopped in made order and left happy. cool people. good serve.

Well located coffee shop in downtown Salem. Employees are fast, smiling and devoted. Very good service in general.

One of the nicer Starbucks in Metro North. Very clean seating area and the coffee supplies i.e half&half and sugars are always well stocked. Most impressively, the baristas recognize and will remember your order. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Love my Salem Starbucks

Starbucks, hm, problem is, most of the time no matter what star bucks I go to. The coffee taste burnt. So a little more cream and sugar. Sometimes helps, they need a bigger location. Parking’s always an issue here. Line can build up. As with most coffee houses. I have to say their cold coffees are pretty good. Frozen even better.

Weird that we only have the 1 starbucks but having a bunch of Dunk's is okay. However; makes it less of a confusing meeting place at least.
